Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Notice: Refund terms depend on individual airline ticket conditions and hotel reservation policies. The following structure requires final verification by the PAK QOM business management.

1. Package Cancellations by Pilgrim

If a pilgrim needs to cancel their tour package, written notice must be provided via WhatsApp or email (pakqom.official@gmail.com). Refund eligibility depends on the time remaining before scheduled departure:

30+ days prior to departure: Full refund minus non-refundable visa processing charges and administrative fees.
15 to 29 days prior: Refund subject to hotel cancellation penalties and airline fare rules.
Under 14 days: High penalty due to non-refundable hotel room block commitments in Qom and Mashhad.

2. Airline Ticket Cancellations

Refunds and date change fees for airline tickets (direct Iranian airlines or connecting Gulf carriers) are governed strictly by each respective airline’s tariff rules. Non-refundable promotional fares cannot be refunded once ticketed.

3. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Border Closures

In the rare event of flight cancellations, government travel restrictions, or unforeseen international circumstances, PAK QOM works diligently to reschedule your tour or refund unspent accommodation funds wherever permitted by service partners.
